Once the Bubble Guppies get to school they find out that they are going to to be in a bug parade! How exciting! There's going to be a ladybug, some ants, and a fly balloon. Listen to Grandma to see what happens when the fly balloon gets away and heads straight for a real spider web!

Dear Parents - This is a great video to give your children a lesson in reading. Grandma struggles in the video with saying a word. She ends up spelling it so that we can know what it says. Use this as a teaching moment for your children. Sometimes children don't want to read because they can't pronounce all of the words. They get self-conscience about their reading skills and then they could stop trying. Show them how Grandma tries and tries, and then continues the story, even though she couldn't read the word. She also used the context clues (the words and content around the unknown word) to figure out what the word means.

Thanks, Grandma, for showing us that even though you've been reading for many years, there are still words that you don't know how to say. Great lesson for us all!

If you'd like to purchase this book for your own home library, choose from the pictures below. The first one is the one that Grandma read from which includes a few other stories in it as well as the one that she read. The second one is an individual book with just this story in it.
