I can't believe that the new year is next week. Not only is it the next year, but it's a brand new decade. That's a little daunting to think about. A new decade. Wow! 2019 came with a huge change in our home. With welcoming our newest bundle of joy in July, our lives have changed and we are trying to find a new normal. This makes my mind think of organization, schedules, and calendars.

At Homeschool 4 Life in 2020 we plan on having more posts about how we are handling homeschooling with a high schooler (15 year old), a 5th / 6th grader (10 year old), and a baby. Along with that, we will be adding more Bible skits and activities, homeschooling worksheets, and frugal living ideas. We would love to hear what you all of you are needing in this new year. Please don't hesitate to email us at and ask us for what you need. We are always wanting to make things that will be helpful to our wonderful readers. Whether you are a homeschooler, a public school teacher, or you are looking for things for your church, email us!
Early this upcoming year, we will be changing our blog from Wix to WordPress. This will be a huge undertaking and we want to thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding.
I put together this 2020 Printable Calendar with Seasons and Major Holidays for our 10 year old to start using when we start school back up again soon. I will be printing it out and putting it in his school binder, so that he can check it out when he needs to and use it to put any important due dates or reminders on. I'm hoping that this will help him to be a little more independent and proactive with his schoolwork. (fingers crossed)
I plan on putting together a list of research/journal topics for him that will coincide with this calendar along the seasons and holidays. I want him to work on his research and writing skills and this will be helpful for him. Look for that in the next few weeks.
For now, go on and click on the picture and print out the 2020 Printable Calendar. For fun, print it out on fun colors to brighten their month.
Don't forget about the printable 12 months of bookmarks, writing journals, and reading logs. This is a great time to print them out for the year!
