I have always enjoyed Math. It was one of my favorite subjects in school. Not everyone feels the same about it.

Math can be hard, especially when they start putting letters and words into it. My high schooler is doing Algebra and letters are prevalent. There are even subsets of letters. Then there's my 4th grader who is working through number words. He doesn't like to write or do spelling, so this doesn't go over too well with him. He can do it, but the spelling tricks him up sometimes.

That's why I made this resource sheet for him to put in his binder. When he comes up with a number word that he has to spell, he can double check to make sure that he's right. Soon, he won't need to use it at all. It's there to build his confidence with spelling the number words. Click below to print it out.

Place value is another one of those difficult ideas for children to understand. Once they "get it", it's easier for them. Getting there can be a difficult road. It put together another resource page for this as well. Just click below to print it for your child's resource binder.
