Here we are on our second day of our 5 day Blog Hop.

Today we are giving you books to teach Shapes and Colors. Even though not all of these books are from the library, they are all still books. We have created some books that you can print and keep for yourselves.

Using books to teach your children about shapes and colors is quite easy. There are colors and shapes in every book with pictures you can find at the library. Just point out the colors and shapes to your child as you read along. Make it a fun game to find a certain color on each page. Count the fish/rabbits/dogs/etc on each page. Make it fun!

Here are a list of books that Grandma has read on Grandma's Reading Corner. Just click on the picture to learn more and/or to listen to Grandma reading to your kiddos. Enjoy!

We have over 250 books on our site for you to check out! Click here to look at all that Grandma's Reading Corner can offer.
