There are many homeschool moms. Most of the time, we are the ones who are doing the majority of the teaching in the homeschool as well as house work etc. But, you know what? I couldn't do what I do without the support of my husband.

What about the Daddies in homeschool? We both made the decision. We both raise our boys. He works hard every day so that I can stay home with our boys in order to homeschool. He is a HUGE part of our homeschool. He supports me when I'm having a difficult day. He encourages me when I want to throw in the towel. He listens when I go on and on about curriculum choices and the direction for our boys.

It doesn't stop there, though. He supports our boys. He congratulates them when they do well. He gets after them when they are being stinkers. He has long conversations with them when they are struggling with something. Most of all, though, he talks with them about Biblical ideas. He has this unique way of incorporating Bible lessons into just about anything that we are talking about or dealing with.

My husband is essential to the success of our homeschool and family.
